How do I update my contact information? Print

For fraud prevention, we verify all changed contact information.   Its easy to change, though.  Please open a support ticket notifying us of your changes:

    1. Login to your FPO Hosting MyAccount Portal.
    2. Click Open Ticket
    3. Select Billing 
    4. Provide any changes you would like to make, including name, physical or email addresses, phone numbers, users, or contacts to add/remove from your account.
    5. Users are persons who have logins to your account and are tracked by their Name/Email address.
    6. Contacts are persons who receive communications about your account, including billing/renewal notices, service notices and support communications.  You can specify whether you want a person to be a User, a Contact, or both.
